Refund policy

Cancellation Policy 
No cancellations within 48 hours of the event time. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the event cost.

Weather Policy
The VB Picnic Co. reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the event due to inclement weather. The VB Picnic Co. will notify you of the cancellation via email, and will make an attempt to reschedule the event for a different day and time. If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be rewarded. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don't want to reschedule, we are happy to switch up the location to your backyard, living room, or event space- just send us an email. 

Retail Refund Policy
All retail sales are final, no returns.
